Easter 2011

Kaylee is just tall enough to see out the window now to watch Daddy & I working in the yard!

Daddy let me help "mud" in the basement one evening. He gave me a piece of cardboard, a scraper, and an older container of spackling to work with.

I didn't care what it was though. I had fun "helping" Daddy!

Mommy stuck Kaylee in the playpen so she couldn't get into anything while Mommy helped on the basement a little.

Working on removing the BIG pile of dirt left behind from the construction company putting in a new egress (basement) window.

Yes, I'm using a boat oar to shovel dirt. I didn't know where my shovel was, but I found the oar while looking for it, so I used it instead!

I get a scoop full, then lay the oar on the tailgate, then climb into the truck, then empty the oar!

Kaylee's first Easter!

It took Mommy a bit to get me to look for eggs. I wanted to play on the slide!

I picked this one up and turned to Mommy and said, "Kaylee needs this egg!"

And then I proceeded to go over and put it in Kaylee's basket! Mommy and Daddy were thrilled to see I do love my sister, on occasion!

Shaky, shaky!

Waiting on the prize drawing to start. All the kids put their name in a basket before the egg hunt; then afterwards each names was drawn and that kid got to pick a toy! Of course in the end all the kids got something.

Kaylee was one of the first to win, she got a really cute and soft lamb! I chose Pez candy with a duck dispenser. I wouldn't hold still for Mommy to take a picture of it though!

Playing with the new water bottle I got for Easter from Grandma Net & Grandpa Vince. It had candy necklaces & bracelets in it too. Surprisingly, I haven't eaten all of those yet!
