The Park & The Motorcylce

Things have been pretty uneventful around our house recently. No real exciting events to report! Kaylee is getting bigger every day, though not fast enough for my liking. I really want to play with her! She's smiling and talking more and more. Especially to Daddy. She talks the loudest to him! Here she is watching a movie with him.

Mommy was working in the kitchen one day and could hear both Kaylee & I giggling in the living room. She peaked around the corner and found me "playing" with Kaylee. I was kneeling in front of her swing and when it would come forward I'd act like it hit me and I'd fall over backward. She'd smile and coo and "giggle" so then I'd laugh too. Mommy was only able to get this one shot though because I saw the flash and then wouldn't do it anymore! She says it was pretty darn adorable!

Mommy, Kaylee and I went to the park down the road one evening because it was so nice. I rode my bike and Mommy pushed Kaylee in the stroller. I rode my bike all the way there with no problem, but the last stretch on the way home I started getting really tired and had to stop a lot! But I made it and was very proud of myself.

Kaylee stretched out in the stroller. She seemed to enjoy the lovely evening too!

Making sure Mommy is still behind me.

Climbing the bars. Daddy showed me how to do this the last time he took us to the park. I can't do it very well with shoes on, but I'm pretty good with shoes off! The little girl at the top kept trying to play Tag with me, but I just didn't get the concept of that game!

Showing off for Mommy.

I finally bugged Daddy enough that I got a ride on the motorcycle last night! Daddy zipped me up in his jacket and took me for a slow ride up and down the alley behind the house. My favorite part was going over the bumpy train tracks. And I kept telling him to go faster!!

Don't stop yet Dad!

Me all zipped in.

Daddy was playing with the camera afterwards and took some silly shots of me.

I've been told about a million times to stay out of Kaylee's swing. I listen well, can't you tell!

Mommy took this today. Kaylee was talking and smiling until Mommy went for the camera. That break was enough that Kaylee got tired of waiting to eat and wouldn't smile anymore!
